Veilig gesprek-app

As a healthcare professional, you have daily conversations with clients. Every conversation is different and can also go differently than expected. Sometimes you find it difficult to start a conversation, for example when you’re about to deliver bad news. You can also encounter aggression.
To support employees in their work, we have developed the Veilig gesprek-app (Safe Conversation app) commissioned by the youth care and social work sector.

The app helps you to assess the risks beforehand and provides advice on what to consider before and during the conversation, as well as the measures you can take.

Risk assessment and advice

After indicating the initial situation (for example, whether you’re going for a home visit or meeting at the office), you go through a series of questions.
After answering the questions, the app indicates a risk level. And of course, you receive practical and useful advice on how to conduct the conversation as safely as possible.

Preventing aggression

With the Veilig gesprek-app, you always have a handy tool at your disposal as a professional. You become aware of the things you can do before and during the conversation to prevent aggression and have a safe conversation with your client.
