The app is full of practical information and tips to stay healthy and fit during night shifts. This way, you receive personalized advice by adding your own schedule, you can share tips with other users, find many recipes and exercises, and receive news about night work.
The app was developed for StAZ in collaboration with the Social Fund for the Knowledge Sector (SoFoKleS).
